试论创建高校社会科学联合会组织的意义——以浙江万里学院社科联为例

On the Significance of Building up the Federation of Humanities and Social Sciences in Higher Institutions

创建高校社会科学联合会组织,是一种制度创新和工作创新。它破解了高校学科分化与学科综合之间难以协调的二难命题;顺应了学科建设规律和满足社会实际需要的客观现实;较好地解决了高校,尤其是新建本科院校普遍存在的队伍新、散、小的聚合问题,有效突破了学科发展瓶颈;有助于推动高校人文素质教育,有效提升大学生的综合人文素养;构建起了合纵联横、外引内联的社会科学工作新体系,蕴藏着巨大的边际效应。因此,高校创建社科联组织具有较大的现实意义。

Building up the federation of humanities and social sciences in higher institutions is a kind of working and system innovation. It is a good way to coordinate subject differentiation and interdisciplinary conformity. It complied with the rule of discipline construction and met the social demands. Further more,the federation can successfully solve the current problems in newly-built higher institutions,where the research teams are still young and the research field is limited and still on small scale. The university humanities education for all-around development was promoted and the university student humanities accomplishment was also effectively improved. Thus,it is of great importance to establish the federation of humanities and social sciences in higher institutions.
