摘要
在一起房屋产权纠纷案件的笔迹鉴定中,通过外观检验、分析检材签名、分析样本签名、比对检验4个程序的检验,得出检材签名是套摹形成的结论。从此案得出的思考是:客观分析检材的形成,比较检验必须全面、细致,科学编辑特征比对表,引入多种检验手段。
In handwriting identification of a House Property Right dispute, it turned out that the signature was copied after four step inspection： appearance examination, material analysis, sample analysis and comparison. What can be reflected from this case is that it is essential to analyze material objectively and make a comprehend, scrupulous and scientific comparison, and bring in diverse inspective means.
