教育可寻租下的高等教育机会平等问题探讨

A Study of Equality of Opportunity for Higher Education in a Rent-Seeking Situation

随着经济社会的发展,能否接受高等教育越来越成为衡量公民是否有机会实现社会地位升迁的重要因素。但高等教育作为一种有限的稀缺资源,如何有效地分配关系着高等教育机会平等的研究内容。本文认为,在精英型高等教育模式向大众型高等教育模式转变的过程中,教育的可寻租性导致了有差别的机会平等的丧失,也可能导致共享平等机会的降低。

Receiving higher education has become one of the important factors in the rise of one＇ s social position and being a kind of scarce resource, it should be distributed efficiently and fairly. However, we find that, in the transition from elite education to popular education, rent-seeking in education may lead to the loss of differentiated equality of education opportunity and reduction of equal opportunity shared among all.
