摘要
我国高校教师教学质量考核应在发展性评价和奖惩性评价相结合的基础上以奖惩性评价为主导,在专家评价和学生评价相结合的基础上以学生评价为主导,在定量考核和定性考核相结合的基础上以定量考核为主导。
At present, reward-and-punishment-oriented assessment, students' judgment, and quantitative appraise should play a leading role in the evaluation of college teachers' teaching though development-oriented assessment, experts' judgment, and qualitative appraise should also be taken into consideration.
