Reform and Exploration of Undergraduates' Graduation Projects

在当前的新形势下,开展本科生毕业设计应注意以下几方面:引导学生建立正确的成才观,强调就业和创业的重要意义;做教授的同时更要学会做教练;从社会实践开始准备毕业设计;充分利用毕业实习提高毕业设计质量;使毕业设计成为毕业前的岗前培训;扩大毕业设计选题范围。

The following tips are offered for the graduation project in this paper in view of the present situation： students should be educated in conceiving a proper concept of talents; the great importance of employment and career building should be emphasized; professors should learn to be instructors; the project should be started right from the beginning of students＇ social practice ; their graduation fieldwork should be fully used to improve the quality of the graduation project; the graduation project should be regarded as their pre-job training; and the scope of the graduation project should be enlarged.
