摘要
采用机械共混将氯化聚乙烯(CPE)与自制的吸水树脂丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯共聚物[P(AA-HEMA)]共混,并讨论了吸水树脂以及增容剂对共混试样的力学性能的影响,研究表明简单共混时随吸水树脂量增大,共混试样的力学性能降低,CPE-g-HEMA的加入改善了试样的力学性能;但当其用量过饱和后,共混体系的反而力学性能下降,以加入3 phr的CPE-g-HEMA的增容效果最为明显.
A series of water-swellable elastomers was prepared by blending chlorinated polyethylene with poly(acrylic acid-Methylacrylic acid-β-hydroxy ethyl ester), and by adding CPE-g-HEMA to the blends to improve the compatibility of CPE and water-absorbent resin. The mechanical properties(tension strength and elongation at break)were discussed. With increasing the amount of water-absorbent resin, the tensile strength of CPE/ P(AA-HEMA)decreased. Adding CPE-g-HEMA can improve the mechanical behavior of blends, and then decrease after saturation. The best compatibility effect was obtained when 3 phr compatilizer CPE-g-HEMA was added.
