摘要
以麦德鲁姆酸和β-丙氨酸为原料,通过Hantzsch反应,合成系列10-取代芳基-3,4,6,7,8,10-六氢吡啶[4,3-b][1,6]萘啶-1,9(2H,5H)-二酮化合物,该反应原料价廉易得,反应条件温和,反应时间较短并具有良好的产率(73%-91%).所得产物的结构经IR1、HNMR1、3CNMR和元素分析测定与其结构相吻合.
A novel method for the synthesis of 10-substitutedaryl-3,4,6,7,8,10-hexahydropyrido [4, 3-b] [1,6] naphthyridine-1, 9(2H, 5H)-dione using Meldrum's acid and 3-aminopropanoic as starting materials via the Hantzsch four component condensation was shown. Conventional and inexpensive starting materials, mild reaction conditions, short reaction time and high yields of the products(73%-91%)are the noteworthy advantages of the method. The structures of all the final products were identified by IR,^1HNMR,^13CNMR and elemental analysis.
