摘要
审判质效评查是法院内部监督检查的重要工作,该项工作一贯坚持以监督为理念,评查部门通过评查发现审判中存在的质效问题,反馈给业务庭,业务庭自行纠正错误。评查工作在运行之初的确推动了法院审判质效的提高,但随着法院案件数量、难度等不断上升,审判形式的变化,评查工作必须突破传统,引入管理理念,充分利用法院一切人力、科技及其他资源,将管理的系统原理、人本原理、责任原理、效益原理融入评查工作的变革之中,建构全面型、互动型、奖惩型、服务型的评查机制,并具体建立相应制度。
The evaluation of justice performance is based on supervision. The problems found through inspections by the evaluation department in the justice process will be fed back to the administer tribunal so that it can correct its errors. In spite of the effectiveness of such practice in improving the trial work, new ideas and practices must be adopted in the justice process, like making full use of human and scientific resources to render the evaluation and examination work carried out accordance with the principles of being systematic, humane, responsible and efficient, so that an interactive and well performing evaluation and examination system can be established.
