摘要
科学技术的快速发展,社会需求的不断变化,对高校人才培养质量和评价标准提出了更高要求。文章从人文教育和科技教育两方面入手,全面分析了郑州航空工业管理学院"管工结合"培养方案的优势和局限性,提出打破学科界限,以人文教育和科技教育为基础,以思维模式和学习能力培养为宗旨,全面推进素质教育,彰显学校办学特色。
The rapid development of science and technology and needs of changing society require the higher talent's training quality and evaluation criterion in university. According to the humanity education and technology education, the advantages and limitations of integrated management and engineering are comprehensively analyzed. The broken subject boundaries' edu cation to boost advanced thinking model and learning capacity is put forward. It' s improved quality education and reveals characteristics of schooling in our university.
