摘要 为了定量计算小夹板弹性形变能,本实验研究采用实验应力分析中的静态应变测量法,通过力传感器对肱骨小夹板进行生物力学测试,结果表明:夹板下压力随布带张力的增加单调增加;纸压垫下压力随压垫高度的增加呈单调增加;同等条件下纸压垫高度的增加对夹板弹性形变能的影响很小。结论:增大布带捆扎的间距。 In order to calculate elastic deformation energy of small splint quantitatively static strain measurement technique and force transducer were used to test the humerus small splint biomechanically. The main results showed that: The pressure beneth small splint increased along with the increase of tensile force of cloth band. The pressure beneth paper pad increased along with the increase of paper pad thickness. There was only a small effect on the elastic deformation energy of small splint if nothing was changed but paper pad thickness. Conclusion:Elastic deformation energy of small splint increased significantly when the space between cloth bands was increased.
