摘要
以“扶正祛邪”原则组方，用大黄、丹参、黄芪等５味中药为基本方，组成补阳组、补阴组、阴阳双补组、补血组口服给药。结果显示：用药组动物存活期明显延长，４组药物对肾功能都有不同程度的保护作用，尤以补阳组、补阴组为著。中药还可促进实验动物个体生长发育，改善营养状况，提高抗病能力，体现了中医中药的综合性疗效的优势。
According to the principle of supporting resistence and dispelling exogenous pathogen, the serial prescription had been established, and rheum palmatum, salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus membranaceus had been used as the bases. The prescriptions were divided in four groups: reinforcing Yang, reinforcing Yin,reinforcing Yin Yang and reinforcing blood. The results of the experiment showed that, in all group, the survival period of the experimental rats prolonged. All the prescriptions has the protecting effect to the kidney function, especially in the groups of reinforcing Yang and reiforcing Yin. Moreover, it was found that the herbs had the effects for promoting hairs growth,improving nutriture and reinforcing body resistance,which embodied the superiority of TCM comprehensive effect.
