血清与全血及血浆电解质、葡萄糖测定结果存在重大差异

为探讨血清与肝素抗凝的全血及血浆样品电解质、葡萄糖测定结果是否存在差异。对同一受检者分别以血清、肝素抗凝的全血与血浆样品测定电解质、葡萄糖。结果显示，血清与肝素抗凝的全血及血浆标本电解质、葡萄糖测定结果存在显著差异（除Na+外，K+、Cl-、Ca2+、Glu血清与全血及血清与血浆比较P均＜0．05）。据此认为，有必要建立肝素抗凝的全血及血浆电解质、葡萄糖正常参考值。

Methods To measure the electolytes, glucose of serum, plasma and whole blood, respectively in the same patient. Results Except for Natrium, the Potassium Chloride, Calcium and glucose in serum, plasma and whole blood with heparine anticoagulation are of very different (P<0. 05 ). Conclusion It is necessary to make normal reference values of electrolytes, glucose of serum, plasma and whole blood.
