摘要
为降低排烟系统的能耗,减少烟气对环境的污染,宁夏医科大学附属医院在锅炉房排烟系统改建工程中,突破普通烟道、烟囱的建造方法,采用超常异型排烟系统技术方案,设计加长烟道和高层附壁烟囱,提出多项技术改进措施,解决了烟气阻力、高温、腐蚀等问题,避免了烟囱内外温差对主楼的影响.几年的运行证明,该法不仅可以解决加长烟道和高层建筑设置烟囱的难题,还为医院节省了大量投资费用.与独立烟囱相比,可节省3/4投资费用,约170万元,且由于烟道长,烟囱很高,过滤了大量烟尘,减小了烟气对周围环境的污染.
In order to reduce the power consumption of exhaust system, reduce environmental pollution caused by smoke, and in the renovation project of smoke extraction system of boiler room in Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, breakthrough was in common flue and chimney construction methods, using extraordinary exhaust system technical solutions, design of lengthen flue and high-level mural extended chimney, a number of technical improvements resolved the flue gas resistance, high temperature, corrosion and other problems, effect to the main building from the temperature difference between inside and outside of the chimney was avoided. Several years operation proved that the method can not only solve the difficulties of lengthen flue and chimney setting of high-rise buildings, but also save a lot of investment costs for the hospital. Compared to independent chimney, 3/4 investment costs were saved, about 170 million, and because of the long flue length, high chimney filters a lot of smoke, the pollution from the flue gas on the surrounding environment was reduced.
