摘要
通过铝盐引入聚硅酸中的方法,制备了复合无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅硫酸铝(PSAS).考察了n(Al):n(Si)、熟化温度、pH值及硅酸钠的浓度对絮凝效果的影响.结果表明,制备PSAS的最佳条件是,n(Al):n(Si)=1:1,反应温度为45℃,w(硅酸钠)=15%,pH=1~4.PSAS和聚合氯化铝(PAC)对长庆油田污水进行的絮凝对比实验表明,PSAS具有较好的絮凝除油效果.
By the method of introducing aluminum to polysilicic acid, compound inorganic polymer coagulants which named polymer coagulant poly-aluminum silicate-sulphate (PSAS) has prepared. The effect of different tool ratio of AI/Si, curing temperature, pH value and the concentration of sodium silicate on the flocculation performance were investigated through the experiment. The best preparation conditions of PSAS were summarized as the following: the optimal mol ratio of AI/Si is 1:1, the reaction temperature is 45 ℃, the concentration of sodium silicate is 15%, and its pH value is 1--4. Comparative experiments were conducted on the sewage from Changqing oil field using PSAS and poly-aluminum-chloride (PAC) separately, and PSAS has good degreasing effect of floeculation.
