神经根在牵拉作用时的位移变化及其临床意义

Displacement of Nerve Root by Traction A Cadaveric Study

作者对７具新鲜尸体在模拟间盘突出情况下，腰神经根受力时的位移变化进行了测量。结果：１００ｇ牵拉力的作用下，神经根袖位移在１ｃｍ以下者占１１５９％，位移在１－２ｃｍ者占７８２６％，位移在２ｃｍ以上者占１０１４％。认为神经根在椎管内松弛程度。

The displacement of nerve roots by traction measured in 7 fresh cadavers.The results showed that of all nerve roots,pulling with 100g weight,11.59% displaced less than 1cm,78,26%1 2cm and 10.14% more than 2cm.The authors considered that the clinical symptoms caused by herniated disc would be correlated with relaxation of the involved nerve roots.
