脊髓型颈椎病再次手术的评价

Evaluation on Reoperation for Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy

本文目的对脊髓型颈椎病再次或多次手术治疗的评价进行研究。报告脊髓型颈病８５例，前路再手术１８例，后路６７例，其中１１例接受第三次手术，３例４次手术。本组治疗结果，获得优良者６４例（７５３％）。研究结果，认为影响脊髓型颈椎病外科治疗因素包括病变性质，手术时机及手术技术等。严格地选择再手术病例。

To study the evaluation of two or more times operation for cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Eighty five cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy were reported.18 cases were reoperated by anterior approach,and 67 cases were by posterior approach.Among them,11 cases were operated three times,and 3 cases were four times.The results of 64 cases were excellent or good.It is regarded that the influence factors to surgical treatment for cervical spondylotic myelopathy including pathology,timing and technology of surgery.It is very important to the recovery of spinal cord function that selecting the reoperation cases strictly.
