摘要
通过数值模拟的方法对亚临界300MW空冷汽轮机低压进汽部分的气动性能进行分析,根据分析结果,对其结构进行改进,并通过数值计算与吹风试验的对比分析对结构改进的有效性进行验证,以解决低压进汽段压损偏大的问题。
The aerodynamic characteristics of LP inlet section of 300MW reheat air cooling condensing steam turbines were analyzed by using numerical simulation.Thereby,the structure was improved based on the analysis results,and then the numerical calculation and air blowing test were compared and investigated to verify the effectiveness of structure change,so as to solve the problem of higher pressure loss at inlet section.
