摘要
就汽轮机碳钢容器在灌水试压后内壁发生锈蚀的原因进行了分析,通过理论研究和实验,提出了用液氨代替氢氧化钠调节pH的方案。结果证明,该方法对防止锈蚀现象是有效和可靠的。
The origin of rust is analyzed on internal wall after water-filling test of carbon steel of steam turbines.Through theoretical study and test,fluid ammonia adjusting pH method is used to replace NaOH.It is indicated that the method is valid and reliable to avoid the rust.
