摘要 在聚氨酯预聚体中引入氨基硅烷偶联剂作为反应性基团,合成了一种聚氨酯类耐洗色牢度提升剂.研究了反应温度、时间及水解pH值对合成产物稳定性的影响,得出了最佳合成条件:30℃时,用氨基硅烷偶联剂将聚氨酯预聚体中剩余的—NCO进行封端,反应40 min封端完全;在适当pH值(碱性)下水解,可得到储存性能稳定的聚氨酯类酸性染料耐洗色牢度提升剂.用其对酸性染料染色真丝织物进行固色整理,研究了焙烘温度、提升剂用量及整理液pH值对牢度提升的影响,确定了自制水洗牢度提升剂的最佳整理工艺为:浸轧染色织物(耐洗色牢度提升剂用量80 g/L,溶液pH值调节到5-6,二浸二轧,轧余率为100%-110%)→烘干(80℃,3 min)→焙烘(120℃,3 min).在最佳处理工艺下,耐洗色牢度提升剂具有较理想的效果,染后织物的耐洗色牢度提高1.5级以上. A polyurethane enhancing agent for washing fastness was synthesized by introducing amino-silane coupling agent as reactive groups into polyurethane prepolymer.The influences of reactive time,tempera-ture and hydrolysis pH value on the stability of synthetic product were investigated.The optimal synthesis con-dition was obtained: the surplus —NCO in the prepolymer was blocked by amino-silane coupling agent at 30 ℃ for 40 min,polyurethane enhancing agent for washing fastness of acid dyes with stable storage quality could be gained by hydrolysis under appropriate pH value (alkalinity). The enhancing agent was applied on fixation of acid dyed silk fabrics. The effect of pH, curing temperature and dosage of the agent on the improvement of washing fastness were discussed. The optimal finishing technique of self-made enhancing agent for washing fastness was: padding (the dosage of enhancing agent for washing fastness was 80 g/L, pH 5-6,-dip-double-nip, pick up 100% -110% )→drying at 80 ℃ for 3 min→curing at 120 ℃ for 3 min. Under the optimum technique, the enhancing agent has perfect effect, the washing fastness of dyed fabric increased by 1.5 level.
