载银纳米二氧化钛对棉织物的抗菌性能研究 被引量:13

摘要 采用载银纳米二氧化钛整理棉织物,并研究其质量浓度和焙烘温度对抗菌性能的影响,当整理液质量浓度为10 g/L,焙烘温度为130℃时,整理棉织物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均大于99.00%.测试了其抗菌耐久性,洗涤50次后,对两种细菌的抑菌率仍高于98.00%.探讨了载银纳米二氧化钛的抗菌机理,发现其通过银离子溶出和TiO2光催化达到抗菌效果,且二者间相互促进起到双重抗菌效果. Cotton fabrics was finished with nano-Ag/TiO2.The effect of nano-Ag/TiO2 concentration and curing temperature on the antibacterial property was studied.When nano-Ag/TiO2 concentration was 10 g/L,cur-ing temperature was 130 ℃,the inhibitory bacteria rate of finishing cotton fabrics against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria were all over 99.00%,respectively.The durability of antibacterial was tested,the in-hibitory bacterial rate against two kinds bacteria was still higher than 98.00% after 50 times washing, The antibacterial mechanism was discussed, it was found that antibacterial property of nano-Ag/TiO2 was obtained through dissolution of Ag^+ and photocatalysis of TiO2, and they promoted each other and played a dual antibacterial effect.
