摘要 作为一种有机类相变材料,烷烃类化合物的乳液粒径直接影响相变微胶囊的粒径.考察了影响正十六烷乳液性能的因素,同时研究了乳化剂用量、乳化时间、乳化速度、水油体积比等因素对烷烃类相变材料乳液乳化性能的影响.结果表明:选用Span60和Tween60为复配乳化剂[w(乳化剂)为3.5%(对乳液质量)],水油体积比为5∶1,1 800 r/min乳化75 min时,制备出的相变材料乳液最稳定,粒径相对较小,且体系粘度较低,适合进一步微胶囊化要求. As one kind of organic phase change material,the emulsion particle diameter of alkane com-pound would directly affect the size of phase change microcapsule.The factors affect the properties of hexade-cane emulsion were discussed.The effects of emulsifier dosage,emulsification time and speed,the ratio of wa-ter in oil on emulsibility of alkane phase change material emulsion were studied.The results indicated that when using Span60 and Tween60 as complex emulsifier[w(emulsifier)= 3.5%(on the weight of emulsion)], the ratio of water in oil was 5:1, at the speed of 1 800 r/min for 75 min, the most stable phase change material emulsion with relatively small size and lower viscosity was prepared, which met the demands of micro-encapsulation.
