摘要
目的探讨血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)在急性脑梗死患者血浆中的含量变化及其临床意义。方法采用免疫化学发光法测定80例脑梗死急性期患者血浆BNP浓度,并以30例健康自愿体检者作为对照组。结果急性脑梗死组患者血浆BNP水平(153.24±69.76)ng/L,显著高于健康对照组(85.16±28.15)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),大〔(183.94±85.06)ng/L〕、中〔(155.66±57.13)ng/L〕面积脑梗死组血浆BNP水平均显著高于小面积脑梗死组〔(90.38±31.82)ng/L〕,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血浆BNP水平在急性脑梗死患者中明显升高,提示其与脑梗死的发生密切相关,可能在脑梗死的发病过程中起重要作用。
Objective To explore the changes of plasma levels of brain natriureticpeptide(BNP) in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the possible pathophysiologic implications. Methods Plasma BNP levels in 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 30 presons in healthy controls were determined by chemiluminescence method. Results The levels of BNP [(153. 24±69. 76) ng/L] in patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in control groups[(85. 16±28.15)ng/L] (P〈0.01) ,and plasma BNP levels in patients with large infarction area were significantly higher[(183.94±85.06) ng/L, (155.66±57.13) ng/L] than those in patients with small infarction area[(90. 38=1=31. 82) ng/L] (P〈0.01). Conclusion Plasma BNP are increased significantly in patients with cerebral infarction, which are highly associated with the occurence of cerebral infarction,and possibly play a key role in the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction.
