摘要
介绍了真丝水刺法非织造布的生产工艺,对该材料的主要性能进行了分析。通过实验表明,真丝水刺法非织造布力学性能和抗弯性能随面密度的增大而增大,孔隙直径及与之相关的透气性、吸水率都随面密度的增加而逐渐减小。
Silk spunlaeed nonwovens production process is introduced in the paper. Main property of raw materials is analysed. It is indicated that dynam capability and bending resistance will increase along with the increase of surface density, hole diameter and relative permeability, water absorption will decrease along with the increase of surface density through experiment.
