西瓜叶表皮微形态特征与倍性相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过显微镜观察3个西瓜品种的二倍体和同源四倍体的气孔保卫细胞叶绿体数目,同时测定气孔长度和计算气孔密度。结果表明:二倍体和四倍体的平均叶绿体数分别为9.9±0.19,18.1±0.50;符合染色体数目1∶2的比例,两倍性间的叶绿体数差异达极显著水平。初步提出以叶绿体数15为界来判定倍性,少于15的为二倍体,大于或等于15的为四倍体。气孔长度与倍性相关性不显著;不同倍性间气孔密度有显著差异。叶绿体数和气孔密度可作为西瓜染色倍性的鉴定依据。 Chloroplast number of the guard cells of diploid and autotetraploid in three cuhivars of watermelon were observered by microscope. Simultaneously,the stomatal size and stomatal density were measured. The result showed that the chloroplast average numbers of diploid and tetraploid were 9.9±0. 19 and 18. 1 ±0. 50 respectively;They are in line with 1:2 ratio of the number of chromosomes. The chloroplast numbers among different ploidy had obvious diversities. The plant was diploid when the number of chloroplast in stomata guard cell was less than 15, otherwise it was tetraploid, the relationship between the size of stomata and the ploidy was unclear. Stomatal density in different ploidy was significant differences. Choroplast number and stomatal density could be referable index to estimate the ploidy of watermelon cuhivars.
