摘要
我们在上海和哈尔滨二地分别收集了非吸烟女性肺癌病例各100例和82例以及非吸烟的女性健康人对照各95例和89例。分析了白细胞DNA的细胞色素P4502E1基因第六内含子DraI切点和5’端调控区RsaI切点的遗传多态性。虽然上海病例组DraI和RsaI突变型纯合子与对照组比OR值分别为256和547,但未达显著性;哈尔滨病例组OR值分别为049和047,也无显著差异。
The blood of 100 non-smoking female lung cancer cases and 95 healthy cantrols,82cases and 89 controls were collected from Shanghai and Harbin population respectively. The DNA were extracted from buffy coat with phenol chloroform. Cytochrome P450(CYP)2E1 genotype were analyzed with restriction enzyme DraI for the sixth intron and Rsa I for the 5' flanking region. The OR reach 2.56 and 5.47 for CYP2E1 Dra I and Rsa I homozygous mutant respectively in Shanghai cases, but there were no statistic significance. Though in Harbin cases the OR reach 0.49 and 0.47, also no significance.
