摘要
研究了不同浓度的F-、Se4+以及按Se:F=1∶1,1∶5,1∶10,1∶100四种浓度比的混合液对蚕豆根尖细胞产生的微核效应。结果表明,F-、Se4+均能诱发蚕豆根尖细胞产生微核,且F-的诱发效应呈良好的浓度梯度关系,直线回归方程为:y=1.51x+78.85。Se4+的诱发效应呈非直线关系。硒氟混合液与同浓度的氟离子液相比,微核率显著下降,二者之间呈拮抗现象。
Micronucleus effects of Se 4+ and F -(0.01,0.1,1,5,10,100mg/l) and the mixed solution of Se 4+ : F -=1∶1,1∶5,1∶10,1∶100mg/l on root tip cells of Vicia faba. The FMN and MI of Se 4+ and F - were significantly increase. The dose effect relationship of Se 4+ was non linear, but F - was linear, with regression equation y=1.51x+78.85. It was also discovered that these two elements have antagonism(n) in mutagenic effect.
