摘要
在鼻内窥镜下对6例鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者进行了手术治疗。随访18个月～4年,1例局部复发在内窥镜下2次手术,5例未再复发。介绍了手术方法并对内窥镜手术的适应证、禁忌证及优缺点进行了讨论。
Six cases of inverted papilloma in nasal cavity and nasal sinuses were treated by endoscopic surgery. During 18 months to 4 years following-up,only one of them recurred after 9 months and retreated by endoscopic surgery. The surgical technique was described and the indications, contraindications, advantages and disadvantages to endoscopic surgery were discussed in this article.
