摘要
从食用药用真菌理论教学内容的编排与教学方法多样化、精选实验教学内容、考核方式的改革等方面对食用药用真菌课程教学进行了探讨,并对存在的问题提出了建议。
The teaching reformation of edible and officinal mushroom including theoretical content arrangement,diversification of teaching methods,selection of practical content and innovation of test method were discussed.The existing problem were proposed.
