摘要
通过分析89例首程放疗前病理及CT扫描证实为鼻咽癌颅底骨破坏的病例,结果表明,头痛和颅神经损害是鼻咽癌颅底骨破坏的重要临床表现,枕骨斜坡及岩尖是颅底骨质破坏的最常见部位。
Eighty- nine cases of basieranial destruction of bone on nasopharyngeal neoplasms were verified by analysing the pathologys and CT scannings. The results indicated that headache and injuries of cranial nerves were the important clinical manifestation of basicranial destruction of bone on nasopharyngeal neoplasms, the slope and cliff of occipital bone were the most common position of basicranial destruction of hone.
