Proper Management and Sound Instruction in Taking Part-Time Job for Vocational College Students Majoring in Market Promotion

高职教育的目标是培养既具有专业知识,又具有一定技能的高素质技能型人才。要实现这一目标,学生实践能力培养是重要一环。根据浙江经贸职业技术学院营销学生社会兼职的现状和存在问题,提出了加强教育教学管理与改革、加强社会兼职指导部门机构配置和管理、形成统一科学的社会兼职管理体系等建议。

The purpose of Higher Vocational Education is to create practical talents with specialized knowledge and demanding skills.In order to achieve the goal,students’practical skills play an important part in the whole teaching process.According to the basis of the analysis which is concerning the current problems and situations of part-time job taking,the paper points out how to reinforce the management and innovation of Education,enhance the arrangement of department of part-time job introduction to form the rational management system of social part-time job.
