摘要
职业倦怠是个体在长期压力体验下产生的一种情绪、态度和行为的衰竭状态,其典型症状是工作满意度低、工作热情和兴趣的丧失以及情感的疏离和冷漠。职业倦怠是一种职业性伤害,严重地影响着档案人员的身心健康。导致档案人员产生职业倦怠的原因主要有社会、职业、组织、个人四方面的因素。
Occupational weariness is the exhaustion in emotion,attitude and action under the prolonged pressure in the work of the working staff.The typical symptoms of it are the dissatisfaction in their work,the loss of zeal and interest in their work and the isolation and coldness in their feelings.Occupational weariness is the occupational injury which seriously damages the mental health of the archivists.The causes of the weariness mainly come from the society,proffessions,organizations and the individuals themselves and the countermeasures of it should be taken from these aspects.
