摘要
临床治疗5例喉腔恶性淋巴瘤患者,2例为溃疡型,病变范围较广,喉内结构破坏,预后不良;3例为局限型原发性病变,声嘶、发音困难病史相对较短,表现为声门上区有灰白色新生物,表面光滑,预后较好。治疗奇选用手术、放疗、化疗或联合应用。认真进行全身查体以正确诊断并采用可能的最佳治疗方案是十分重要的。
Five cases of laryngeal malignant lymphoma were treated. Two cases were ulcerative with large scope of pathologic change, destructed laryngeal structure and unfavourable prognosis. Three cases were localized primary pathologic change with relatively shorthistory of hoarseness and dysphagia,smooth surface of grey naoplasm at supraglottic region and favourable prognosis. Surgery,radiotherapy, chemotherapy or their combination can be used to treat this disease. Carefully examination and best possible treatment are important for correctly diagnosis.
