The virtualization of money has opened the door of virtualized economy, and the laissez-faire and government failure are the important propelling force for the virtualized economy. The essence of economic globalization is the globalization of virtualized economy. The cycle of American debt economy ties the global economy together, and provides fluidity to the development of the virtualized economy. The main course of financial crisis lies in the over-virtualized economy, which results in continuous accumulating and extending of risks in the whole financial system and finally the collapse of the financial system. The important tasks we are faced with are to maintain the proper proportion between the virtualized economy and the real one, to speed up the construction and perfection of the financial system, and to define reasonably the border between the market and the govemments.
