摘要
上个世纪70年代国外某公司在连铸机中引入了渐近弯矫的理念,80年代康卡斯特最早提出连续矫直的概念,即利用特定曲线设计辊列,本文就这一特定曲线进行求解,给出了表达式并与引进的连铸机辊列曲线进行了对比,结果比较吻合。
The idea of asymptotic straightening was introduced into the design of continuous casters in the 1970s by a foreign company.And Comcast first put forward the concept of the continuous straightening in the 1980s,namely,designing the roller system with a specific curve.This article will solve this specific curve,giving the expression,and compare it with the curve of some imported caster.The results are consistent.
