摘要
本文针对折臂式船用甲板起重机变幅机构的计算和选型,以Visual Basic 6.0编程语言为开发平台,同时采用Access数据库系统,开发了折臂式船用甲板起重机变幅机构计算系统。该系统可以实现各工况的载荷计算,并可利用存贮的变幅油缸样本直接进行油缸选型。采用该系统能在较短的设计计算周期内完成多种方案的计算和对比。
For calculation and model selection of the luffing mechanism of the folding type marine deck crane,a new computing system has been developed based on Visual Basic6.0 platform and the Access database system.This system can realize the load calculation of various operating modes,and achieve the direct selection of cylinders according to the inner luffing cylinder samples of the system.With this system,calculation and comparison of many kinds of schemes can be accomplished in a short period,which greatly improves the efficiency.
