摘要 目的:建立中药篇蓄的质量标准.方法:采用RP—HPLC方法,以0.1%甲酸(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测渡长352nm,测定篇蓄中主要黄酮类成分杨梅苷、篇蓄苷和槲皮苷的含量,并以槲皮苷为对照品进行“一测多评”评价:结果:杨梅苷、篇蓄苷、槲皮苷的线性范围分别为5.64~282μg·mL^-1、4.60~230μg·mL^-1和4.48~224μg·mL^-1,线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为98.2%(RSD=1.1%)、102.1%(RSD=0.6%)和98.9%(RSD=2.9%):“一测多评”的计算结果较实测值接近,达96.2%~101.2%:结论:本标准能准确定量3种黄酮类成分,可用于篇蓄药材的质量控制. Objective: To establish the quality standards of Herba Polygoni Avicularis. Methods: The separation was performed on a C18 column, using a gradient elution with the mobile phase of 0.1% aqueous methanoie acid (A) and aetonitrile (B). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 352 nm. The contents of the major bioactive flavonoids including myricitrin, avicularin and quercitrin in Herba Polygoni Avicularis were determined. In addition, quercitrin was used as the reference standard to calculate the contents of myricitrin and avicularin by correlation factors. Results : The linear ranges of myricitrin, avicularin and quereitrin were 5.64 - 282 μg·mL^-1 , 4.6 - 230 μg·mL^-1 and 4.48 - 224 μg·mL^-1 , respectively, and the linear relationships were good. The average recoveries of the three constituents were 98.2%, 102.1% and 98.9%, respectively, and RSDs were ranged from 0.6% to 2.9%. The calculated contents by correlation factors were close to the measured value, and the accuracy were 96.2 - 101.2%. Conclusions: The HPLC method can be used for the quality control of Herba Polygoni Avicularis.
