摘要
目的:建立图像分析对微丸形态学的评价方法,优化双氯芬酸钠微丸挤出滚圆制备工艺。方法:以微丸粒径和圆整度参数为响应值,3^2析因设计滚圆转速、滚圆时间对微丸形态的影响,研究并优化工艺条件。结果:滚圆转速提高所得微丸粒径减小,圆整度提高。滚圆时间对粒径无显著影响。在滚圆转速22Hz,滚圆时间8min的最优工艺条件下可以制得粒径在800~850μm,eR〉0.48的微丸。结论:应用图像分析法直观、简捷地优化了挤出滚圆工艺.
Objective: The method of image analysis was established as the means of evaluating and optimizing the characteristic of some pellets prepared in a extrusion-spheronization process. Methods: A 3^2 full factorial design study has been employed to investigate the effect of two variables ( spheroniza- tion rate and spheronization time) on size, size distribution and two shape parameters (elongation and eR) of pellets prepared in extrusion-spheronization process. Results: Smaller pellets were obtained when higher spheronization rate was used, and the shape was enhanced. The influence of spheronization time was not significant. The pellets with size of 800 - 850 μm, eR 〉 0.48 were obtained at optimum point, at rate 22Hz and time 8 min. Conclusions: The process of extrusion-spheronization was optimized directly and conveniently by image analysis.
