宿主免疫反应与逆转录病毒肿瘤发生的相关性研究

Surpressing effect of immunization to vetrovirus induced tumor occurrence and nature

以携带ｖ－ｆｅｓ癌基因的Ｓｎｙｄｅｒ－Ｔｈｅｉｌｅｎ猫科肉瘤病毒（ＦｅｌｉｎｅｓａｒｃｏｍａｖｉｒｕｓｏｆＳｎｙｄｅｒ－Ｔｈｅｉｌｅｎｓｔｒａｉｎ，ＳＴ－ＦｅＳＶ）感染免疫组幼鼠４７只。ＦＴＳ（血清胸腺因子）组幼鼠３０只，对照组幼鼠３０只。接种部位肉瘤发生率在免疫组、ＦＴＳ组、对照组分别为４０４％，６３３％和７６７％。免疫组无ｖ－ｆｅｓ基因产物Ｐ８５表达，ＦＴＳ组有１０例（１０／１３）肉瘤表达，对照组有３例（３／６）肉瘤表达。原位杂交结果表明免疫组仅见散在细胞有较弱ｖ－ｆｅｓ基因信号，ＰＴＳ与对照组多数细胞有较强基因信号。结果表明：宿主免疫状态可影响肿瘤的发生及性质。

Of 107 new-born inbred Wistar/Ma rats were infected with Snyder-Theilen feiline sarcoma virus(V-fes),including vaccinated 47(group A),FTS injected 30(groupB)and normal 30(group C).Oncogene produst P85 were exammined immunohistoligically and V-fes signal were detected with in situ hibridization(ISH).The occurrence rates of sarcoma in three groups are 40 4%,63 3% and 76 7 respectively.P85 positive rates were 0%,76% and 50%in tumors of group A,B and C.V-fes gene signal was found weakly in the tumor cells of group A,but strong in group B and C.These results suggest that host immunity can affect the occurrence and nature of retrovirus induced tumors.
