摘要
报告了人类疾病和动物实验共１３６例的电镜结果。发现电镜在病理诊断和医学研究中有以下作用：①察各种组织损伤的早期病变。②观察凋亡。③观察细胞起源与分化。④对肾炎。
Electron microscopical results of 136 cases of human diseases and animal experiment are reported.It is found that electron microscopical functions in pathological diagonsis and medical study are as follows:a.to observe early changes of various tissue injuries;b.to observe apoptosis;c.to observe cellular origin and differenciation;d.to make different diagnosis,especially in glomerulonephritis,lymphoma and leukemia
