摘要 为了实现对金属铝板的状态监控及损伤检测,从而可以更好地保证飞行器的飞行安全和降低维修费用。笔者等基于声-超声技术,对铝板中Lamb波的传播特性进行理论和实验研究,采用短时均方根分析(short-time root-mean-square,STRMS)方法对铝板中Lamb波的传播特性进行实验研究和深入探讨,并对铝板中有无模拟损伤的情况做了对比研究和分析,研究相应Lamb波的信号特征,从而实现了铝板结构损伤监测的定性研究。 It is of great importance to mornitor the condition and detect the damage in metallic plates for ensuring aircraft safety and reducing maintenance cost. Based on acousto-uhrasonic technique, experimental studies are performed to explore the characteristics of the Lamb wave produced in the aluminum plate. Comparitive experiments and theoretical study are performed on the aluminum plates with and without artificial crack damage respectively. The short-time root-mean-square method is utilized to investigate the propagation characteristic of the Lamb wave. By analyzing the features of corresponding Lamb wave signals, the qualitative damage identification method is explored.
