间叶组织肿瘤性质与肿瘤细胞中基因表达多样性相关

The relationship between the expression of tumor related genes and the malignancy of tumors derived from mesenchyma

用免疫组化方法探讨了２６例间叶组织肿瘤的ＰＣＮＡ、Ｒｂ、Ｆａｓ、Ｂｃｌ－２、ＭＬＨ１、ＭＳＨ２等肿瘤相关基因产物的表达情况。其中ＰＣＮＡ的表达在良性肿瘤中无一例阳性，恶性肿瘤中共６例阳性。Ｒｂ在良恶性肿瘤中各３例阳性。Ｆａｓ在良性肿瘤中共９例阳性，恶性肿瘤中共５例阳性。Ｂｃｌ—２在良恶性肿瘤中各１例阳性。ＭＬＨ１在良性肿瘤中共５例阳性，恶性肿瘤中共７例阳性。ＭＳＨ２在良性肿瘤中共２例阳性，恶性肿瘤中共４例阳性。其中三种以上基因产物同时表达者仅见于恶性肿瘤中，提示基因表达的多样性与间叶组织肿瘤的性质有关。

The expressions of tumor related gene products PCNA、Rb、Fas、Bcl-2、MLH1、MSH2 were examined immunohistologically in 26 tumors derived from mesenchyma(14 begign,12malignant).PCNA was experessed only in 6 malignant tumors,and Rb in 3 bening tumors,3 malignant tumors,and Fas in 9 benign tumors,5 malignant tumors,and Bcl-2 in 1 begin trmor,1 malignant tumor,and MLH1 in 5 benign tumors,7 malignant tumors that the expression of three more gene products were found.Form the above result,it suggested that multigenic expressions may be related to the malignancy of tumors derived from mesenchma.
