老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病血小板活化与纤维蛋白原的关系 被引量:3

The Relation Between Platelet Activation and Fibrinogen in Elderly Patients with COPD

摘要 目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chrohic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅡb/Ⅲa、GMP-140的变化及其与纤维蛋白原(Fi-brinogen,FG)的关系。方法用三色全血流式细胞术测定38例老年AECOPD患者及38例缓解期患者外周血中血小板GPⅡb/Ⅲa、GMP-140的表达水平,并检测患者FG水平,与30例老年健康对照者及30例非老年健康对照者比较。结果老年AECOPD组GPⅡb/Ⅲa、GMP-140、FG均明显高于缓解期组、老年健康对照组及非老年健康对照组(P<0.01)。老年AECOPD组GPⅡb/Ⅲa、GMP-140与FG均呈正相关。结论老年AECOPD患者血小板明显活化,其活化程度与FG关系密切。 Objective To investigate the relation among platelet activation marker( GP Ⅱb/ⅢaGMP- 140) and FG(fibrinogen) in elderly patients with chrohic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Subjects were divided into four groups (38 elderly patients with AECOPD, 38 elderly patients with remission, 30cases of healthy elderly controls and 30 cases of healthy non-elderly controls). Positive rates of GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa and GMP-140 were measured with tricolor flow cytometry. We also determined FG in patients with COPD and normal controls. Results Compared with COPD remission group, healthy elderly group and healthy non-elderly group, the levels of GP Ⅱb/ⅢaGMP-140 、FG increased significantly in elderly patients with AECOPD( all P 〈0. 01 ). There is a positive correlation between the GP Ⅱb/ⅢaGMP-140 and FG in elderly patients with AECOPD. Conclusion The platelet in patients with AECOPD is at the overactivated state, and there is a significant relation between platelet activation and FG.
