冠心病患者疾病知识与生活方式的相关性探讨

Relationship between disease knowledge and lifestyle in patients with coronary heart disease

目的了解冠心病患者疾病知识掌握情况、生活方式及两者之间的关系。方法应用描述性研究方法,对180例冠心病门诊患者的疾病知识和生活方式进行问卷调查。结果①57.9%患者掌握的冠心病知识处于好的水平,只有2.1%患者的冠心病知识水平较差;②冠心病患者的生活方式处于一般水平;③冠心病患者掌握疾病知识与生活方式呈显著正相关。结论冠心病患者的生活方式在很大程度上取决于掌握疾病知识的情况,医务人员应采取多种形式,积极帮助患者掌握更多的疾病知识,促进其建立良好的生活方式。

Objective To investigate the disease knowledge and lifestyle in patients with Coronary Heart Disease（CHD） and to examine the relationship between the two variables. Methods A descriptive corelational study was used. Questionnaires were sent to 180 CHD outpatients. Results Most of subjects（57.9% ） perceived CHD knowledge at good level ,and only 2. 1% subjects was at poor level. It was at fair level for the lifestyle of CHD patients. There was a positive relationship between disease knowledge and lifestyle. Conclusion Lifestyle of CHD patients is mostly determined by their disease knowledge, medical member should actively help the patients know more about disease, and help them lead a healthier lifestyle.
