亭子口水利枢纽施工工期紧,坝址两岸施工场地狭窄,施工导流程序复杂。根据因地制宜、节约用地、场地安全和环境保护的枢纽施工总布置原则,对场内外交通、料场开采及运输、渣场、施工场地、施工设施和防洪排水进行了规划设计。施工总体布置格局较好地体现了当前的施工管理模式和生产力水平。
