摘要
亭子口水利枢纽右岸前期工程一期土石围堰经设计优化后,将原设计上游5年一遇全年围堰、汛期子堰抵挡10年一遇洪水,下游围堰采用11月~次年4月10年一遇洪水标准提高至全年10年一遇洪水标准。经2009年汛期11200m^3/s洪峰的考验,围堰堰体安全、高喷防渗墙防渗效果良好,有效地保护了基坑施工,确保了工程的顺利进行。
After the optimization on design of the first-phase earth-rock cofferdam in right bank, the control capacity is raised to resist 10-year flood in whole year from original designs which including 5-year flood for upstream cofferdam in whole year, 10-year flood in flood period for sub-weirs, and 10-year flood from November to April 10 for downstream cofferdam. The cofferdam body is safe and the anti-seepage cutoff wall works well after the flood peak flow of 11 200 m^3/s in 2009. The foundation pit construction is effectively protected and the construction is ensured.
