亭子口水利枢纽二期围堰工程关系到大江截流、下闸蓄水等多个关键工程节点目标,是整个工程的关键。科学合理的围堰形式、防渗体系和防护结构,是二期工程顺利实施的基本条件。二期截流准备工作时间短、道路条件差,但戗堤落差小,流速不大,因此截流难度适中。

Scientific and rational form, seepage system and protective structure of cofferdam is the basic condition for the second-phase construction of project. The preparation period for second-phase river closure is short and road conditions are poor, but the dike water fall and velocity is small. The difficulty for secondphase river closure is moderate.
