摘要
根据亭子口水利枢纽电站水头低,机组尺寸较大,水中含沙量较高等特点,对水轮机参数选择、过流部件泥沙磨损、机组运行稳定性等机组选型设计中的主要问题进行了分析,提出了相应的对策,并选定了水轮发电机组的最终参数。水轮机模型验收试验表明,水轮机模型和预期的真机水力性能(效率、出力、空化、压力脉动)满足技术规范要求。
With low head, large-sized unit and higher sediment concentration, the main problems in turbine selection such as turbine parameters, sand abrasion and operation stability are analyzed. The final parameters of turbine-generator unit are selected. The turbine model test shows that the hydraulic performance of model and expected real machine (efficiency, output, cavitation, pressure fluctuation) meet the requirements of technical specifications.
