鼠坐骨神经再生早期轴浆流改变的实验研究 被引量:7

The changes of axoplasm at the early stage of regeneration in rat sciatic nerve: an experimental study

摘要 目的探索同位素示踪早期检测神经再生的可行性,并与神经电图-肌电图检测结果进行比较,为临床应用奠定基础。方法将鼠坐骨神经切断并作神经缝合,术后1、2、3、4周用微量注射器将125I-酪氨酸直接注射入大鼠坐骨神经干内,于注射后8、12、16小时取样以γ-计数器检测其放射性。测定再生神经125I-酪氨酸转运规律,并与神经电图-肌电图检测结果、光镜下再生髓鞘形态学变化相比较。结果术后2周轴浆流即可通过缝合口,早于神经电图-肌电图出现时间;与再生髓鞘出现时间相符。结论应用轴浆流同位素示踪法早期检测神经再生,较神经电图-肌电图具有明显的优越性。 Objective To test the possibility of evaluating early nerve regeneration by in vivo detection of the radioiodined axoplasm, and compare this method with the electromyography examination. Methods 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks after nerve coaptation, 125 I Tyrosine was injected into the sciatic nerve trunk by a microsyringe. The radioactivity of each sample was detected in a γ counter in different interval,i.e. 8,12,16 hours after injection. The transportation character was determined and compared with the electromyographic investigation and the morphologic changes. Results The regenerating radioiodined axoplasm can be detected distal to the coaptation site 2 weeks after suturing. Radionuclide detection was earlier than the electromyography findings, and in accordance with the time when regenerating myelin sheath appears. Conclusions To evaluate nerve regeneration on early stage after nerve coaptation in vivo detection of radioiodined axoplasm is superior to electromyographic investigation.
