IGF-1在胚泡植入前后大鼠下丘脑的表达

Expression of IGF-1 during Pre and Post Blastocyst Implantation Period in Rat Hypothalamus

摘要 采用免疫组化SP法研究了IGF-1在胚泡植入前后大鼠下丘脑中的表达。结果显示,IGF-1在胚泡植入前后大鼠下丘脑均有表达,主要表达于下丘脑室周核、视上核、视前大细胞核、视前内侧核、视前外侧核、视交叉上核、弓状核。与植入前期相比,植入后期大鼠下丘脑室周核、视上核、视前大细胞核、视前外侧核、视交叉上核、弓状核的表达显著高于植入前期(P<0.05),下丘脑视前内侧核的表达极显著高于植入前期(P<0.01)。提示IGF-1可能通过下丘脑的调控作用参与胚泡植入,与妊娠的建立和维持有关;IGF-1在植入后期通过下丘脑对妊娠的调控作用强于植入前期。 Uhrasensitive immunohistochemistry SP method was used to investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 in rat hypothalamus in pre-implantation period and post-implantation period. The results showed that IGF-1 expressed in pre-implantation period and post-implantation period, mainly located in pre-opticus medianus periventricularis, nucleus supra-opticus, nucleus pre-optieus mango eellularis, nucleus pre-opticus medialis, mucleus pre-optieus lateralis, nucleus pre-opticus suprachiasmatic, arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus. Compared with the pre-implantation period, in post-implantation period, the expression of IGF-1 in pre-opticus medianus periventricularis, nucleus supra-opticus, nucleus pre-opticus mango cellularis, mucleus pre-opticus lateralis, nucleus pre-opticus suprachiasmatic, arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus were significantly higher (P 〈0.05),and in nucleus pre-opticus medialis it was very significantly higher (P 〈0.01). It suggested that IGF-1 may participate in blastocyst implantation to establish and maintain pregnancy. The regulative effect of IGF-1 in post-implantation period was higher than that in pre-implantation period.
