摘要
以0.01 mol/L盐酸溶液为参比液,采用紫外分光光度法在268 nm波长处测定长效土霉素注射液中土霉素的含量。结果表明,土霉素在5μg/mL^30μg/mL浓度范围内,其吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.34%,变异系数为0.46%(n=6)。该方法操作简便、快速、结果准确,适于作为生产企业中间产品的质量控制方法。
An UV speetrophotometry method for the determination of oxytetracycline in long-acting oxytetracycline injection was established with 0.01 mol/L hydrochloric acid as reference solution at 268 nm. The calibration curve for oxytetracyeline was linear within the concentration range of 5 μg/mL-30μg/mL(r= 0. 999 9).The average recovery rate was 99. 34%,and the RSD was 0. 46% (n=6). This method was proved to be simple, rapid and precise. This method can be used for the quality control of long-acting oxytetracycline injection.
